Welcome to a 12 minute movie about Bodh Gaya and the Pragya Vihar School.
There is a bigger version of this movie if you have a fast connection.
Those of you who speak English as a second language might be interested

Bodh Gaya is the place where the Buddha attained his full awakening. These days it is also a major center for Buddhist pilgrims and the site of the Pragya Vihar school.
An earlier version of this movie was made in 2004. In 2008 I updated it with new still pictures of the school. The information in the movie is still timely. However, these days the school has not 450, but 560 students and classes now continue up to class 10.
Threre is also a photo gallery of the pictures I took at the school in 2007. The pictures are available at small and big resolutions. You are welcome to use these pictures in any way that you like, just so any profits from the sale or use of these pictures go to the Pragya Vihar School. I also took pictures of beggars when I was in Bodh Gaya that can also be used to help the poor of Bodh Gaya.
