Mount Kailash / 002 To accommodate ourselves to Tibet's thin air we spent three nights in Nyalam, the first town on the Tibetan plateau up from Katmandu, Nepal. One day we hiked up to an abandoned yogi's cave. Just below the cave these herders were making butter tea. Nyalam is in the distance.
